《BLEND ART》とは、Syoyoによる独自の技法であり思想です。

特徴的なのは、服や髪、物体などが背景と自然に溶け込み、描かれていない輪郭を観る側が補完して知覚するという錯視表現。

『存在しないことで存在を示す』──そんな視覚の遊びを通じて、想像力に語りかける作品を目指しています。

BLEND ART is both a technique and a philosophy developed by Syoyo.

It merges high-resolution digital printing with hand-applied analog touches, harmonizing precision and spontaneity, mechanical process and the human hand within a single canvas.

 

A key feature of BLEND ART is the use of visual illusion, where clothing, hair, and objects blend seamlessly into the background, prompting the viewer to complete the missing contours in their mind.

 

It is a visual play that speaks to the imagination—a presence defined through absence.

 

When the artwork, its surroundings, and the viewer’s perception intersect, a singular, irreplaceable image is born.

 

That is what I call BLEND ART.
